Who this is for

This app is provided to authorised Somewhere staff (admins, trainers, and trainees) for the sole purpose of operational training and floor readiness sign-off. It is not intended for the general public.

Acceptable use

• Sign in only with the name listed for you in the roster.
• Choose a 4-digit PIN that is not shared with anyone else. Treat it as confidential.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts, training records, or admin areas.
• Do not submit false answers, attempt to bypass quizzes, or impersonate trainers.
• Do not share confidential operational content from this app outside of work.

Account security

After 5 failed PIN attempts your account is temporarily locked. If you forget your PIN, your admin can reset it for you and you'll re-claim your account with a new PIN.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or outages may temporarily affect access.

Termination

We may deactivate your account if you violate these terms or leave the organisation. You may request deletion of your account from the Account page at any time.

Liability

The app is provided "as is" for internal training. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app.
