I can't sign in
Make sure your full name matches exactly what your admin entered on the roster (spelling and spaces). If your name isn't recognised, ask your admin to add you.
I forgot my PIN
Ask any admin to reset your PIN from the Admin panel. Once it's reset, sign in with the "First time" tab on the home screen and choose a new 4-digit PIN.
My account is locked
After 5 wrong PIN attempts, the account is locked for 15 minutes. Wait and try again, or ask an admin to reset your PIN.
A module won't open
Modules unlock one at a time as you pass each one. If a module looks locked, complete the previous module first, or ask your trainer to override.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open your Account page, and tap "Request account deletion". An admin will permanently remove your account and all training data.
